Simplitech aims to respect your online privacy. The following statements outline the procedure for using information obtained from your use of the site:

Simplitech collects personally identifiable information when you use or purchase certain Simplitech products or services.
Simplitech will never rent or sell your personally identifiable information to any third party.
Your personal information may be released to others under one of the following circumstances:
- The law requires Simplitech to release information as part of a subpoena, court order, or legal process, or if your actions infringe on our intellectual property rights.
- You give consent to share your information.
- Simplitech needs to share your information in order to provide the product or service you requested.
Simplitech currently does not set or access cookies to track your viewing of the site, but may do so in the future to improve customer service.
Simplitech may occasionally contact you regarding Simplitech products and services related to your purchase. You may opt out of this by responding to the "unsubscribe" instructions at the bottom of the communication.
Simplitech may amend this policy from time to time.

Service Terms

It is Simplitech policy to request access to passwords and data only when absolutely necessary and to take reasonable steps to keep your information confidential, regardless of its content.

By calling for service, you agree that software you provide to Simplitech is properly licensed and that it is your responsibility to verify that any software used or in your possession is legal and legitimate. At your request, your technician can help you determine if your software is legal. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act prohibits us from installing or configuring software for the purpose of illegally downloading or sharing files.

Technician appointments cost $55.00 per hour plus tax, and time is rounded up to the nearest half-hour. Locations outside our service area in South Tampa may be subject to an additional per-appointment fee. You will be informed of this when you schedule your appointment. Check or cash is due when your appointment is completed, or you may make a credit card payment online with PayPal. We request half payment on goods at the time of order.
